Hello FABRIC team,
My portal cannot fetch my slices, and FABLib’s get_slices() also fails with HTTP 502 Bad Gateway from the orchestrator’s /slices endpoint.
Project: l4sformedia
Project ID: 3ce8255a-82d9-4d31-8b1c-e06599669e01
Slice: WebRTC_Linear_v2
FABLib reports valid configuration and a valid bastion key. The failure occurs before any experiment starts.
Could you check the API issue and confirm my slice’s status and lease? I cannot currently access it to check or renew it.
Thank you,
Md. Mahir Ashhab
An unexpected infrastructure outage yesterday caused these issues. More details are available in the outage announcement.
Testbed services have been restored, and your slices should now be visible.
Best,
Komal
