Call for Nominations: The Golden Stitch Award

FABRIC is proud to announce the Golden Stitch Award nomination process, an annual recognition celebrating exceptional contributions from the FABRIC user community.

This award series highlights innovative uses of FABRIC resources in research, experimentation, and education. We encourage community members to nominate themselves or their colleagues for recognition in one of the following categories:

Award Categories:

• Best Published Paper
• Best FABRIC Matrix
• Best FABRIC Experiment (must be packaged as an artifact in the Artifact Manager)
• Best Classroom Use of FABRIC

Eligibility:
Nominations must represent active use of FABRIC and may be submitted by individuals or peers.

Selection and Recognition:
All submissions will be reviewed by the FABRIC Leadership Team. Winners will be recognized during KNIT 12 (April 2026) with a certificate of achievement and featured in a FABRIC blog post highlighting their work.
