Hi,
My all slices are stuck at configuring state…
slice 1: c141b82c-2908-4b51-a491-e66d0ac143c0
slice 2: 29c9894e-8f3a-4f7b-b6ef-ec5f272aa141
slice 3: 70a18cb8-226e-4113-a0b3-19c24c7ee232
I am not able to delete it, create any new slice or even access the current ones. Could you please help me with this.
Hi Ajay,
The problem is caused by a hardware failure on the head-node of the MAX site. Work is in progress to recover the server, however it’s very likely that it will require some extra time. I wanted to let you know in case these are the slices for your demo, you may need to re-create them on other FABRIC nodes/sites.
I will notify if we are able to resolve the probkem on MAX and your current slices can be recovered.
Best regards,
Mert
Thank you very much, Mert. I highly appreciate your response on this. I have created slice on other nodes for current work. But, I am also in a need of resources that MAX has, is there any around time duration, that you may suggest, would be highly appreciated.
