A student fail to authenticate his university account on CILogon

I am TA student at University of South Florida (USF).

Attached a student fail to authenticate his USF account on CILogon. The error message said, “an internal error has occured.”

To fix this issue, he also copied the link to the following suggested online tool, https://www.spambrella.com/proofpoint-url-defense-url-decoder/
