fablib version: 1.6.2
site: MAX
I’ve modified a slice and added a new node to my slice. I’ve tried this a couple times because I thought it might work eventually, but I tried adding a FABNetv4 to my node. Unfortunately, I can never ping the gateway assigned to the subnet.
Information about network and nic:
FABNET_IPv4_MAX | L3 | FABNetv4 | MAX | 10.130.14.0/24 | 10.130.14.1 | Active |
node5_3-FABNET_IPv4_MAX_nic-p1 | p1 | node5_3 | FABNET_IPv4_MAX | 100 | auto | 06:1C:A2:53:A4:12 | enp8s0 | enp8s0 | 10.130.14.2 | 4 |
4: enp8s0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc mq state UP group default qlen 1000
link/ether 06:1c:a2:53:a4:12 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
inet 10.130.14.2/24 scope global enp8s0
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
inet6 fe80::41c:a2ff:fe53:a412/64 scope link
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
result trying to ping gateway:
ubuntu@node53:~$ ping 10.130.14.1
PING 10.130.14.1 (10.130.14.1) 56(84) bytes of data.
