Couldn’t create the slices with 3 different sites(couple of times)

Dear Community,

I am trying to create a slice using 3 (random) different sites but every time getting the same error. The error is :

“Error: Failed to submit slice: Status.FAILURE, (500)
Reason: INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

Am I doing something wrong or all the sites are under maintenance?
