      Dear experimenters,

      We discovered a bug in the process that was installing bastion keys created in the portal on bastion hosts. You may have noticed some issues in the past month with key installation. The behavior was random and affected a small number of new keys, however we have been able to trace and fix the problem and currently all bastion keys created from 01/01/2023 that still show active in the portal should also work correctly on the bastion hosts. If you notice any problems please report them via the ‘Account Issues’ ticket request.
