FABRIC CLEM Dataplane link is currently down

The dataplane connection for the FABRIC CLEM site is currently down due to operations network being down.

This only impacts slices which are using FABNet or Layer 2 services that go over the dataplane connection to other FABRIC sites.

Access to slice Virtual Machines, and FABRIC services within the FABRIC CLEM site, should work normally.
