Help to renew project

I am writing to kindly request assistance regarding the renewal of my project on the FABRIC platform. I submitted a ticket on April 16th, 2025, requesting the renewal, as the project was set to expire on April 29th, 2025. However, I have not received any response, and the project has since expired.

This project is a crucial part of my PhD research, and I urgently need to continue my work and experiments. I would deeply appreciate your support in reactivating or renewing the project as soon as possible, as I am working under tight academic deadlines.

The renewal is currently set for 07/31/25. Could you adjust it to expire six months from now instead? That way, I can plan the renewal more effectively.
