Home › Forums › FABRIC General Questions and Discussion › How to discover Router/Switch load in Fabnet Ipv4
Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone has insights into how i could discover, the router/switch manufacturer, load experienced per router/switch in a trace route like fashion. The values I am looking for are related to power consumption , queue sizes, and other network metrics all per router/switch.
Ideally I would like to discover this all via some kind of python interface or API.
Best,
Jacob
Some very basic metrics will soon be available for public use at KNIT8. These will include the up status of the dataplane switches and their packet counts, but not the other data you are seeking.
