      I specified the wrong path for ssh key. Jupyterhub is now stuck at “Directory not found”. The dialog comes back even after I dismiss it. I am unable to go back and edit the path for the ssh key.

        I suspect that the only way to fix this is to restart your Juypyter container.  Choose File->Hub Control Panel.  Then stop/start the container.  I think this will rebuild your environment.
