Hi,
I switched to production and while I can login to the portal, I am not able to access JupyterHub. Can the permissions for JupyterHub be added to be account. My username is piyengar9@gatech.edu .
Thanks,
Parikshit Iyengar
I will add it but I think your account still needs you to verify your email address by clicking the link in you email.
Paul
Hi Paul,
How do I trigger the verification email again? But, I think I had already done this a while back.
Thanks
I just tried to manually set your account to “approved”. Let me know if that worked. If not, I probably need to delete you account and have you start over.
Hi Paul,
I dont think that worked, still getting the 403 error.
Thanks.
Parikshit
Can you try one more time? I just re-added you to your project.
Hi Paul,
It is still not working for me.
Can you send a screenshot of what you are seeing? Include the URL bar of your browser please.
Hi Ilya,
Here is the screenshot.

Ok, try one more time. If this doesn’t work I will need to get more help.
Gave it a couple of more tries ; with incognito as well to check for cookies and it still did not work.
