Maintenance on Bastion Hosts – 6/2/23 (1-4pm EST)

In preparation to the upcoming multi-day maintenance, we will conduct maintenance on the bastion hosts on Fri (6/2/23)

FABRIC Testbed has 2 bastion hosts that are running with a load-balancing mechanism. During the maintenance on 6/2, work will be done sequentially on these hosts, so that one bastion host will be available for accessing the VMs.

Users do not need to change anything on their local environment / Jupyter Notebooks.

For the long-running ssh connections/tunnels, interruptions should be expected during the maintenance and they should be checked/re-established by the end of the maintenance.

This post is a preliminary notification, further updates will be shared on this thread.
