      Dear FABRIC experimenters,

      Our Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center (PSC) partners at Carnegie Mellon University have a scheduled maintenance that will briefly disrupt external dataplane connections for the FABRIC rack. This outage should not affect intra-Hank connections, only dataplane connections to/from other places.

      This will occur from 6:30-7:30 AM ET on Friday, July 28th 2023.
