      Dear experimenters,

      As reported on user forums we are seeing some delays and timeout warnings when executing notebooks inside the production Jupyter Hub. We are investigating this issue, we originally thought it was a software packaging problem, however at this point we narrowed it down to some kind of network problem between JH and FABRIC infrastructure. We are continuing to investigate and will update this thread when we have found the resolution.

        Dear experimenters,

        We believe this problem has been addressed. It was traced to a incorrect configuration of UNC routers on the path which has now been corrected. We may still run some tests but you should not be experiencing any more persistent problems.
