request to be a project leader

Dear Fabric team,

I submitted an application to become a Fabric project leader last Tuesday, but I have not yet received a response.

I checked the help pages and I shall meet the requirements to become a project leader (I am currently an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Kentucky).

Could someone please take a look at my request please?

I checked the Global Roles in my user profile. It shows that I am not a project leader. Please see the attached screenshot.
