Tagged: user work on Fabric
Hi,
seems me that in the latest days is process of creation slices very long. In some cases never ends. My slices are rather simple, two / three nodes and L2 networks. In the past the process of configuring was finished during 350 sec. Two days ago it takes more than 2000 sec.
Strange is that in FABRIC portal is Slice statutus green “Stable OK” in reasonable time but in the notebook where I created slice is still yellow “Congiguring”.
I assume the problem is probably linked with the high load on the servers for Notebooks are running or loosing some internal communication.
If I repeat my experiment in the night of US time it works normally as I expected.

Hi Jiri,
We’ve been investigating two issues related to your recent observation:
If your slice is still active, could you please share the Slice ID where you observed this behavior? Additionally, if you encounter this issue again, it would be very helpful if you could send us the log file located at /tmp/fablib/fablib.log. This information will help us investigate and debug the issue more effectively.
Best regards,
Komal
