Slice gone and token issues

Folks, Happy New Year to you all!

Minor issues today – my slice (which I thought I extended last week for two weeks) 16c49677-636b-4d3c-b71d-7fff7a75db09 at STAR seems gone (could be user error). I haven’t spent much time seetting it up, so no big deal if it is gone.

But also I can’t verify what happened because I get token generation error from the Credential Manager (so I can’t use the APIs). Tried logging in/out of the portal and CM, but the result is same. Any ideas?

Happy New Year to you as well!

The slice is still up and running; however, your project has expired, which is preventing the CM from issuing tokens.

I’ve requested Michael to extend your project, and that should resolve the issue shortly.

Project had expired on Dec 31, 2025

It has now been extended through July 31, 2026
