Dear experimenters,

We want to share an update about the status of the Phase-1 sites.
As we indicated earlier on the previous announcement, (older) Phase-1 sites (WASH, SALT, DALL, UTAH, TACC, STAR, MAX, MASS, MICH, NCSA) have undergone a significant upgrade. Problem that we had about persistent storage is resolved, however we noticed another problem that is causing disruptions with a random behavior and currently we are working to eliminate this problem.

We will open these sites as soon as the problem is resolved in the next few days.
