      Unable to configure NVMe-oF on my slice due to access to /sys/ directory being restricted. I tried chmod but it did not work. Does anyone have a way to gain write access to this directory or somehow pre-configure the VM I create before it comes up.

        @Shoaib – Please consider running the commands as sudo  sudo <replace with command
