Using a jupyter notebook terminal or laptop I get
```
(base) fabric@jupyter-tmiddelkoop-40internet2-2eedu:~/work$ source fabric_config/fabric_rc
(base) fabric@jupyter-tmiddelkoop-40internet2-2eedu:~/work$ fabric-cli slivers query
Error: Invalid value for graph_id, must not be None
```
The fabric-cli slices query --state=StableOk command works.
