      Hi,

We have a couple of team members from 2 different institutions who are logging into CI Logon with their institutional ID and then receiving errors on the COmanage Registry page.  At least one of them is receiving the error:  “The specified Source Key is already linked to an existing Org Identity.  I have included a screen capture as an example of the error.

Any thoughts on how to best troubleshoot?

Joe, I tried to fix it on the backend. Can you try again, please?

If that doesn’t work I will need to elevate this to Michael Stealey.

          Paul,

Polina is trying it and will give some feedback later today.  –Joe

            Paul,

From Polina:  “Good morning Joe. It might’ve worked! I can check my profile and memberships, I’m a member at Jupyterhub and fabric-active-users. Is there something else I should look for to ensure I’m all set?”

I think there is some progress.

From my observation, I still can’t add her to the project.  At least, if I start typing her name, I start to receive all the errors to the side about her not being found.

To complete this topic:  Michael Stealey had Polina and others go to a specific site to get a uuid value.

Paul, I am not sure if you want to post the site on this forum topic or just have people contact the project.
