      FABRIC Early Experimenters,

      We are introducing a new FABRIC portal feature – bastion SSH key and account management. Starting now you can login to the FABRIC portal, navigate to Experiments | SSH Keys and create or upload your bastion SSH public keys. Once those are created or uploaded they are automatically installed on both bastion hosts.

      Also in the same section of the portal you can now find out what your bastion host login id is. Please see this article for more details.

      Important Note: Please generate your new bastion key soon. On Feb 17 the bastion hosts will be reconfigured and all legacy keys and accounts (created when you communicated your keys with the FABRIC team) will be disabled. Going forward you will NOT need to communicate to the FABRIC team your SSH keys and all key management will become automatic. Bastion keys are configured to have a lifetime of 6 months before needing to be regenerated. Sliver keys have a lifetime of 2 years.
