      Dear Community,

      I was working on “in-network caching”project (Project id : 527832fc-c273-4254-b988-16e5c2923bf9).

I lost access to my old user name and created new username with my current institution.

The problem is I can’t access Jupiter hub files from my new username, how can I handle this issue?

      Kind regards,

      Nagmat

        Nagmat,

Do you mean you can’t access JupyterHub at all with your new account? Or that you want to access your old files from your new account?

I have access to Jupyterhub, but I can’t access my old files.

@Nagmat – Could you please stop your JH container? I took backup of your old files and would copy it your new container.

@Nagmat – Your back should be available in your new JH container as fabric_bkp.tgz. Please start your container and let us know if you face any issues accessing the data.

                Thanks,

                Komal
