jupyter hub issue

I’m getting the following error when trying to open a jupyterhub notebook. How do I resolve this?

Can you try to login to the JupyterHub again and let us know?

I’m not the best person to help with this at the moment, but I will be able to contact the team. It will be useful to know how multiple login trials work.

Could you post a fuller screenshot – you are truncating the error message. We are not seeing it for other users, so something is up with your profile.

Hello,

The problem is you are not a member of any projects. We believe this is what is causing the notebook to fail to start up. We will work to clarify the error messages. Please have yourself added to a project and then report here if you are able/unable to login.
