Maintenance on FABRIC-SRI between 8am-6pm EST on 5/24/23

Only FASTNet worker (sri-w2) will be offline for Xilinx FPGA installation.

Completed. FABRIC-SRI is still in acceptance testing phase, therefore it should not be used for user experiments.
