Hello FABRIC Support Team,

I am currently trying to extend the lease/end date of my slice, but the portal is showing an error that the slice end date cannot be extended because slice is in configuring state since 3 days.

My slice details:

• Project: LaMB
• Slice Name: parllel3 (and other active slices if needed)
• Current State: Configuring

This slice is important for my ongoing research work. Could you please help me extend/reset the lease time or suggest the best way to retain the resources?

I would greatly appreciate your quick support, as this is time-sensitive.

Hi Sree,

I’m investigating the extend/renew of this slice. That said, I’d strongly recommend backing up your data in the meantime — that way, if the slice ever needs to be recreated, you’ll have everything you need on hand.
