Unable login into fabric portal

Hi,

I got shifted from fabric beta to production today. I was unable to login to fabric portal. Every time I tried log into the portal it shows self-signup popup shows up. I did have registry in COmanage. Please help me in resolving this issue

Hi Tejasri,

Sorry that you run into the login issue. Have you tried using another browser (Chrome, Firefox or Safari) to login? Or please try clearing cache&cookies in your current browser first then login again. Please let me know if this works or not. I’ll ask our COmanage coordinator to verify your account status too.

Hi Yaxue,

I tried logging in into portal using chrome and firefox by clearing cache and cookies. It didn’t work.
