Unscheduled brief maintenance [RESOLVED]

Dear experimenters,

We have placed the testbed into a brief maintenance which is expected to last less than 1 hour. This is to address some performance problems we’ve been seeing. Portal will continue functioning however you cannot manipulate your slices there or via API. Jupyter Hub will continue functioning and you should be able to use existing slices without problems – you just can’t extend or modify them (or create new ones).
