EDUKY is not under maintenance. Most likely high demand causes the slices in configuring state for a long time without being able to get the resources needed. I will ask our operation teams to investigate the issue.

EDUKY is back on. We will turn on the tag EDUKY_only for education projects.
Please remember to specify site=”EDUKY” as a parameter when adding nodes to your slice.

If anybody has the similar problem, please submit a request by using the original ticket used for requesting the education project. Thanks.

There was an outage of the FABRIC credential manager yesterday afternoon. That may cause the problem you reported.
Did you create a subproject under project CSCI 4406? We did not expect that you will create a new project/subproject. Your students are expected to create slices under the original CSCI 4406 project for your class. Please see the response to your other post about the facility port permission.
Class projects are given certain permissions for students to use FABRIC. However, facility port is generally used for more advanced experiments. With limited resources, class projects will not be given facility port permission unless there is a strong justification that a specific class project needs to use it.
